All bedrooms have private entrances. The maximum sleeping capacity is 14. The beauty of this property is the ability to rent ONLY the main house OR to combine with the bedrooms that best suit your group.
The great room has a large living area with a down sofa, two chairs, and a recliner. A flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo with an iPhone jack for personal music connection complete the entertainment options. The entire property is served by WiFi.
The dining room seats 10 people at a beautiful wrought iron table. A guest powder room adjoins the living/dining room area. The wet bar with 6 stools is well-appointed.
A broad patio, the width of the main house is complete with a large built-in couch, two round patio tables seating 10+ comfortably, refrigerator, barbecue, hammock, chaise lounges, and of course a beautiful view of the sea of Cortez… Just steps to the beach!
Five steps from the front door is the guest wing with its own spacious wind-sheltered patio, settee, hammock, chairs, and ceiling fans.
Master Bedroom
The main house consists of a spacious master bedroom with king size bed and a spacious en suite. A large window seat doubles as a twin bed and a portable crib is available on request.
El Sol
Our El Sol bedroom is just steps away from the main house. This room has a king-size bed, an additional twin bed, and private bathroom, TV/DVD player, and a bar-size fridge.
Del Mar
Our Del Mar bedroom is adjacent to the El Sol room and has a queen size bed, a twin bed, and a private bath. This bathroom also opens to the patio. TV/ DVD player and round table with 2 chairs complete the furnishings.
Bunk Room
Our bunk room has a queen-sized bed and two sets of bunk beds, and a private bathroom completes the back courtyard. This room also has a TV/DVD player and a walk-in closet. A great room for the kids!
General Information
The main house utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer and utility sink. Snorkeling gear, videos, DVDs, maps, and books are located here. Four kayaks, beach chairs and umbrellas, bocce ball, and a horseshoe pit are available on-site. Beachcombing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking, kiting, windsurfing, sport fishing, and many more activities will round out your day. We are located just a half-mile away from the Tres Palapas Pickleball Resort.
All bedrooms have A/C and ceiling fans. All patios, bar, utility, kitchen, bathrooms etc. have only ceiling fans.
Telephones are provided for local use.
Extra cleaning is available at an additional cost. Also, catering can be arranged if you so desire. All information is available in a welcome binder and from the property manager who will greet you upon arrival.
